Change Leadership

Change Leadership has many facets; it is the way to create change. In a complex and dynamic environment, successful and flexible strategies are needed to enable managers to react to the constant speed of change, time and time again.

Process of Change

The process of setting new, achievable goals can be challenging. The human tendency is to fall back into the old patterns. Only when the phases of a change process have been experienced does the way become clear and integration of what has been experienced becomes a valuable learning tool.

Agility

If we are in a constant state of change and "change" is the normal state, then people need a high level of change competence. It requires a pronounced ability to solve problems and to rise above the victim attitude.

Dealing with Resistances

Extending one's own room for manoeuvre promotes self-determined action and self-efficacy. In order to live up to the role model function as a manager when employees resist, it is necessary to deal constructively with challenges, stand by one's mistakes and learn from them. It is also the manager's task to create the right framework and conditions.

Motivation

Motivating means exposing the energy of another person so that he or she can direct it towards a goal. Motivation in a company consists of linking the personal needs of an employee with the goals of the company. Performance incentives are divided into motivators and hygiene factors. These incentives contribute to satisfaction and thus to increased performance.
